A dispute over drugs turns into a violent and tragic murder, leading a friendship group to be torn apart. 'A Knife Through The Heart' starts on the night James Cromwell was found dying in the street from a stab wound to his heart. Paramedics are unable to save the young father, so police begin a murder enquiry, but they know they may struggle to prove their case without cooperation from his friend.
